In the coming weeks, you will also receive a link and password to your child's initial assessment analysis and further correspondence containing information on One Finley Way Sports guidelines, goals and expectations.
Here are a few useful tips to prepare for the first session!
If possible, arrive 10-15 minutes early for warm-up and instructions.
Ensure that your child is well hydrated and feel free to allow them to bring water or a sports drink.
Make sure your child has suitable training gear (shoes, shorts, etc.).
If your child has any injury, sickness, or if they're having a "really bad day" please be sure to let Coach Finley know before the session begins.
Please ensure your child is well rested, physically and mentally ready to work!
Parents feel free to sit in, but please refrain from interrupting sessions. Every minute is vital.
