Training sessions are designed for kids ages 8-18.
OFW Skills Academy camps are designed for kids in grades K-7.
OFW Galaxy teams are comprised of kids 5th-10th grade.

Individual Session - $90/session
Group Session - $70 per player/session

We offer a summer and a holiday camp. Clinics are announced seasonally.

All training sessions and camps are held at Dawson FRC in Homewood, AL.

All training sessions are 60 minutes.
All sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time slot. Trainees are encouraged to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to stretch on their own. -
This will be determined after the initial training assessment. It depends on age and skill level to ensure they are using the appropriate equipment and that sessions are challenging for all participants.

Basketball shoes are required.
Trainees should arrive in athletic gear and bring water.
