Registration Steps
Complete the form below. No registration will be offered onsite.
The registration deadline is 11 PM CST the day before the tryout.
Be sure to pay your registration fee ($20) via Venmo to @Mo-Finley.
Be sure to note your child’s name and do not list the fee as payment for a service or good.
No refunds will be administered unless the tryouts are cancelled.
2. Also be sure to complete the liability waiver in its entirety.
If you child does not have a completed waiver your child will not be able to participate.
3. Check your email for confirmation of a completed waiver.
If your child makes the team you will be notified by phone.
Official team rosters will be posted within three days of tryouts to our Instagram so be sure to follow us.
