We aim to provide young athletes with a chance to engage in sports and competition within a suitable athletic setting.
Our emphasis is on enhancing their basketball skills, basketball intelligence, and fostering a competitive mindset.
Additionally, we support their growth in teamwork and work ethic.

team specs

  • Teams will have 10-12 players.

    Player selection is based on skill level, size, understanding of basic basketball principles, willingness to play together (team chemistry), and attitude.

  • Our coaching staff consists of former college basketball players and current middle/high school coaches. Each coach is a USA Gold Basketball Certified Coach with experience. They have all been instructed to be demanding not demeaning. We believe in building kids up, not just on the court but in every instance. See our Coaching Staff page for more info.

  • Every player will play. While it is our desire to play each player equally, this is not feasible. Players will get a chance to compete for minutes at practice, as well as play through mistakes during games. The tournaments have more than enough game opportunities for all participants.

  • There will be two practices per week at least 60-75 mins per practice. We will not have practice the week of Spring Break. Practices will not be held during the week of your child’s school tryout.

  • The tentative tournament schedule will be posted by March 15, 2024.

  • Each team’s cost is unique to that team’s expenses and will be communicated directly with the parents of each team. The cost covers gym rentals, uniforms, a team bag, and operational costs (tournament fees, insurances, and coaches’ salaries).

  • Each team will have a designated GroupMe. This will be the primary method of communication with your child’s coach, the program director, team administrators, and fellow team parents. After the official roster has been decided, you will be contacted with information to join the team GroupMe.

  • We will follow the direction of the practice facilities and the mandated law concerning Covid-19 restrictions and limitations. We believe in keeping our kids and staff members safe at all cost. Practices may be cancelled and quarantine required if a staff member or child is exposed or tests positive for Covid-19.

  • The following payment methods are available to make your payment:

    Pay in full by cashier’s check, cash, or Venmo (@Mo-Finley).

    If you send your payment via Venmo, please note your child’s name and do not list the payment as ‘good or service’ as it will incur a processing fee which will be deducted from the team’s budget.

    No personal checks will be accepted. Cashier’s checks should be payable to, One Finley Way LLC.

refund policy

Due to Covid-19 and its impact on sports we have changed our OFW Galaxy Refund Policy. We cannot guarantee that all games will be played in any tournament. In as much, One Finley Way LLC will offer no refunds after you’ve registered to participate on a team. When you register you reserve one of a limited number of spots and your commitment to participate is critical to the experience of everyone within the organization. Additionally, One Finley Way LLC incurs costs in advance of activities which include, but are not limited to: staffing, rentals, equipment, insurance, marketing, operational costs and much more. The combination of these and other factors require this policy where fees are non-refundable. We also cannot offer refunds due to changes in marital status, employment, residences, and similar situations. This policy includes activities whose operations are affected, canceled, or changed due to factors beyond the control of One Finley Way LLC, including but not limited to government-directed regulations, facility-directed policies, adverse weather, and medical emergencies including the Covid-19.

Exceptions to this policy may be made in the following limited circumstance of a registrant’s medical incapacitation before the activity starts with appropriate medical documentation. One Finley Way LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to scheduled activity dates, times, and/or locations as need. One Finley Way LLC reserves the right to offer refunds in this limited circumstance in the form of a check or credit for One Finley Way LLC events or training sessions.

By completing your child’s registration and paying team fees, you agree to the One Finley Way LLC refund policy.
